Vsport体育平台關於留學生獎學金住宿補貼發放的相關說明

各位獎學金留學生🙅🏻‍♀️：

  為給予所獲獎學金包含住宿補貼的學生（以下簡稱“獎學金生”）更多的住宿選擇機會，自2015年7月起，我校對獎學金生的住宿資助方式進行調整，將向所有獲獎學金包含住宿補貼的學生直接發放統一標準的住宿補貼，之前的各類住宿補貼停止發放。具體如下：

  1．補貼標準：參照中國政府獎學金的住宿補貼標準(博士生、高級進修生1000元/月👮🏽；本科生🤜🏽👆、碩士生💜、普通進修生700元/月）☛，學校將給予追加補貼額度。新的住宿補貼標準為💸：博士生💂🏻‍♂️、高級進修生1500元/月，碩士生、普通進修生1200元/月，本科生1000元/月😨。每年發放12個月✌🏽，發放年限與獎學金年限一致。

  2．發放時間：學校將在每年6月份發放7月至次年1月的住宿補貼（共計7個月）；在每年12月份發放次年2月至6月的住宿補貼（共計5個月）。

  3．宿舍預訂👆🏻：在續訂中，獎學金生可以選擇繼續住在原來的房間🧛‍♀️🙅🏼、更換房間或者選擇在校外住宿🈳。如選擇在校內住宿🚽，需要根據選擇的宿舍類型自行支付相應的校內住宿費用。具體預訂規則參見後續預訂通知。如選擇校外住宿，應及時辦理校外住宿登記✡︎。

SJTU scholarship accommodation subsidies issued notice

Dear scholarship students:

To provide a wider range of housing selection to the student with scholarship covering accommodation subsidy (the scholarship student as abbreviation in following part), the policy of accommodation subsidy for the scholarship student has been updated from July 2015.The subsidy will be unified and delivered directly to the scholarship student and all kinds of previous accommodation subsidy will be ceased. Detailed information is listed as follows:

(1) Subsidy standard: According to the accommodation subsidy standard of Chinese Government Scholarship (PhD Student and Senior Scholar 1000 Yuan/month; Undergraduate, Master Student and General Scholar 700 Yuan/month), SJTU will increase the amount as: PhD Student and Senior Scholar 1500 Yuan/month, Master Student and General Scholar 1200 Yuan/month, Undergraduate 1000 Yuan/month. The subsidy is offered in 12 months every year and in compliance with the duration of the scholarship.

(2) Delivery time:  The subsidy is provided in every June (covering from July to January of next year 🕺，7 months in total) and in every December (covering from February of next year to June of next year ,5 months in total)

(3) Accommodation reservation: During the follow-up reservation, the scholarship students could keep or change the room or choose to look for an off-campus residence. The scholarship students should pay on-campus accommodation fee by themselves according to the selected room type if they choose to live on-campus, the detailed regulations of reservation will be published later. If they choose to live off-campus, the off-campus accommodation registration should be timely completed.
